At Blue Mountain Small Engine Repair, we believe in doing what’s right and that is what we always strive to do. We stand behind OUR workmanship with a fair and firm 90-day guarantee.
Our Guarantee is simple. If we fixed it, and it doesn’t work, through no fault of your own; we will pick it up on our very next available Pick Up date and get it fixed as soon as possible so you can get back to using it.
Free pickup and drop-offs
At Blue Mountain Small Engine Repair, we know that sometimes transportation of an old broken down lawn mower or piece of small equipment can be a real pain. Maybe you don’t have a truck, maybe you have three kids to drop off at practice, maybe you’re just busy, or maybe you just don’t feel like messing with it. That’s why we offer FREE Pickups on Mondays and FREE drop-offs on Fridays every week within 5 miles of Pendleton City Limits. It doesn’t mean that we will always get your mower repaired within that week. But that is definitely our goal and the best part is, it doesn’t cost a dime extra!
If you live between 5-15 miles outside of Pendleton City Limits, there will be a $30 trip charge. This Trip charge covers pickup and drop off. If you live more than 15 miles but less than 30 miles outside of Pendleton City Limits there is a $60 trip charge. This trip charge also covers pickup and drop off.
We know your time is valuable and so is ours. We don’t believe in wasting it. That’s why we are a Diagnostics and Estimate based shop.

FREE DIAGNOSTICS AND ESTIMATE
Diagnostics
We believe in performing proper diagnostics in order to get to the root cause and provide a real solution for our customers. Our goal is to give the best quality service in the quickest amount of time for a fair price. Diagnostics is required for ALL service work other than oil changes, and blade sharpening. There is a flat charge of $75 for our diagnostics, because it takes time and energy and they cost money. But we do try to be firm AND fair so as long as you give us your approval to proceed with the service within the next business day, we will apply that $75 as a credit towards your repair bill. So really…it’s free!
ESTIMATES
We believing in being up front and honest. We believe integrity is in what we do. Due to the volatility of the market as a whole, and ever changing conditions, estimates will remain valid for seven business days. Your approval will be required before the close of business the day after your estimate is received to receive your repair bill credit of $75. If you need more time, we totally understand. However we only have so much room at our facility and we need to remain efficient. After the next Friday, a $20 per day storage charge will be applied to your invoice.
UNPAID TICKET sTORAGE
After your ticket is completed you will be given until the very next Drop-off day to pick up your equipment or have us drop it off for you at no charge. After the next Drop off day(Friday’s) a $20/day storage fee will be applied directly to your invoice.
If your invoice goes unpaid for 30 days we will impose an express mechanics lien and will keep your equipment it in exchange for the cost of your unpaid invoice and the matter will be considered resolved at that time.
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS
In order to keep our costs at a minimum and keep our rates as low as possible for our customers, Blue Mountain Small Engine Repair does not allow refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final.
